Katelyn Swade is a Manager of Medical/Scientific Affairs, Research, and Precision Insights Projects at Genome Medical, Inc. She received an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College in biology, and a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling at the University of Utah in 2017. During her time as a genetic counseling intern, she completed an independent research project that aimed to better understand patient’s perception of the financial burden of genetic testing.
 
Katelyn provides specialized genetic counseling for patients in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and Amyloidosis as well as provides counseling to a wide range of patients. She is a member of American Board of Genetic Counseling.
