Nelson Leung is a Nephrologist at Mayo Clinic, Minnesota. Dr. Leung is interested in kidney diseases caused by monoclonal gammopathy and also diseases like immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis, caused by the overproduction of immunoglobulin light chains that form amyloid fibrils. Dr. Leung’s work particularly revolves around improving current diagnostic techniques and redefining response criteria in amyloidosis patients.
