Dr. Andrew J. Cowan specializes in multiple myeloma and AL amyloidosis treatment and is involved in clinical trials for plasma cell dyscrasias. The year following his residency, Dr. Cowan worked at the Boston University Amyloidosis Center as an amyloid fellow.
 
Dr. Cowan’s clinical expertise are multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, monoclonal gammopathy, smoldering myeloma, plasmacytoma, poems syndrome, plasma cell leukemia and Castleman disease.
